- - dried porcini mushrooms - 2 tsp;
- - potatoes - 6 pcs.;

- - soft cheese - 2 tbsp.;
- - hard cheese - 30 g;
- - breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.;

- - dry basil - 1 tsp;
- - salt and pepper - to taste.

Thaw chicken breast in advance or do it with a microwave. Then rinse well in running water. Dry with kitchen cloths. Divide the breast into layers, you should get two or three. Beat out each piece carefully. Previously, you can wrap the layers with cling film. Chopped chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Grate hard cheese, mix with finely chopped porcini mushrooms. Sprinkle the meat with the mixture. Wash the champignons and cut them into small pieces. With onions, do the same.

Heat the pan on the stove with vegetable oil. Put the mushrooms and onions, reduce the heat to medium. Then add soft cheese to the frying pan, simmer everything together for one minute and remove from heat.

Put the resulting stuffing from mushrooms and cheese onto the layers of chicken breast from the edge. Wrap in tubules and sprinkle with breading. Fry the rolls from different sides, the process takes 10-13 minutes. Put the finished tubules on napkins, let the excess oil drain.

Potato salad is very easy to prepare. Boil potatoes without peeling them. After cooling, remove the peel. Cut the vegetable into cubes and mix with finely chopped green onions. Salt, pepper and oil.

Cut clean tomatoes into circles. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle dry basil on them. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The baking time is 30 minutes. 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking, put a little grated cheese on each circle.
