Dice the bread. A French loaf is good for pudding. Peel a banana, cut it into thin circles. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut into small pieces.

Spread half the bread cubes on the bottom of the baking dish. Put apple and banana slices on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon, ground, half sugar, half chocolate, broken into pieces. Spread the remaining chocolate and bread on top.

Beat milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar with a blender. With this mixture, gently pour the bread pudding on top, let it brew for 15 minutes.
