- For four servings:
- - four onions;
- - whole chicken;
- - tkemali - 1.5 cups;
- - four cloves of garlic;
- - walnuts - 1 cup;
- - cilantro - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- - hops-suneli - 1 tsp;
- - ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

Prepare the chicken carcass - rinse it, cut it into small pieces. Then fill the chicken with cold water (2 liters), cook until half cooked.

Sauté the chopped onion in a separate pan in the fat removed from the broth, add the chicken slices, simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then pour wheat flour into the soup, you can take corn flour - it doesn’t matter. Five minutes later, pour the chicken stock, cook another 15 minutes.

Add tkemali to the kharcho (you can replace it with tomatoes), let it boil, season with walnuts (interpret them first), garlic, suneli hops, salt, cilantro. You can add a lavrushka. Kharcho with nuts and nuts is ready, let it stand for about 10 minutes, then you can pour it on plates. Have a nice meal!
