Mushroom pads are a universal appetizer for a festive table and for a family dinner. These bags can also be served as an independent dish, because they turn out to be quite satisfying.

You will need
- - puff pastry - 1 pack;
- - dry mushrooms - 200 g;
- - cheese - 100 g;
- - two eggs;
- - potatoes - 5 pieces;
- - two onions;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - pepper - not for everybody.
Instruction manual

Soak the mushrooms, boil, squeeze. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel, cut into cubes.

Sauté the mushrooms with chopped onions. Rub the cheese on a grater (it is better to take hard cheese).

Combine potatoes, cheese, peppers and mushrooms.

Cut the thawed puff pastry into rectangles.

Beat the eggs a little. Lubricate with them the inside of the rectangles, put the filling, roll up into pockets.

Lay mushrooms on a baking sheet, grease with the rest of the egg, put in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Garnish the resulting mushroom puffs with fresh parsley. Bon Appetit!
