Boil buckwheat noodles until soft, drop them in a colander, rinse with cold water.

Fry the golden bean sprouts in olive oil, add pre-cooked green beans, celery, carrots, peppers and mushrooms.

Dip the shrimp for a minute in boiling water, they should turn red. Add the shrimp to the vegetables.
