  • - 8 king prawns;

  • - 100 g of bell pepper;

  • - 100 g of green beans;

  • - 75 g of buckwheat noodles;

  • - 50 g of bean sprouts;

  • - 4 champignons;

  • - 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery;

  • - seasoning, soy sauce, salt, black pepper.

Boil buckwheat noodles until soft, drop them in a colander, rinse with cold water.

Defrost king prawns, dry, pour over soy sauce, add seasoning for fish. Set the prawns aside while cooking the vegetables.

Chop mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots and celery.

Fry the golden bean sprouts in olive oil, add pre-cooked green beans, celery, carrots, peppers and mushrooms.

Dip the shrimp for a minute in boiling water, they should turn red. Add the shrimp to the vegetables.
