A hearty meal suitable for fasting. In the evening we put the ingredients in a pot, and in the morning we enjoy hot and aromatic porridge. The main secret is the pillows that keep our food warm until morning!

You will need
- 1 L ceramic pot
- 200 g buckwheat
- 1 potato
- 300 g of water
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 20 g butter
- dill
- 3 pillows

We wash buckwheat in warm water and lay on the bottom of the pot.

Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes.

We put potatoes in a pot on top of buckwheat.

Pour boiling water in buckwheat with potatoes. Add salt.

We put the pot in pillows and leave it overnight.

The next morning, we take the porridge out of the pillows, add the butter and chopped dill.

Instead of a pot, you can use an enameled or stainless pan.
Useful advice
Buckwheat can be replaced with any other cereal.
