First you need to prepare the meat, and then marinate it.

Rinse the beef in running water and then dry thoroughly using paper towels or napkins. Then the meat must be cut into strips with a sharp knife. Please note that it is necessary to cut across the fibers.

The resulting strips must be laid in a deep saucepan. After that, you need to add pepper, spices, and salt to the beef. Mix everything very well.

Then bee honey should be poured into the meat. If you do not have liquid honey, you can melt it in a water bath or very low heat. Mix everything thoroughly again and cover tightly. Let the beef meat marinate (it can take from 1 to 2 hours).

Hull must be removed from the onion, and it must be thoroughly washed with cold water. After that, the onion with a sharp knife is cut into very small pieces.

Transfer the beef to a saucepan or a cauldron and add the prepared onion to it. Then the container with the meat should be sent to a previously hot stove. Pour some vegetable oil into the saucepan. After the contents of the stewing pan boil, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover it tightly with a lid and simmer until the meat is ready.

5-7 minutes before the beef is ready, put the necessary amount of cream in a stewpan and mix everything thoroughly. Re-cover the dish and bring it to full readiness.

The quality of the garnish is excellent for a vegetable salad consisting of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and garlic seasoned with vegetable oil. During serving, you can decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs.
