Cut the pears into several parts, peel the peel and boil for several minutes in water with lemon juice. You do not need to cook pears, their consistency must remain solid.

Cut the beef into small pieces, breaded in flour and a mixture of black pepper and salt. Fry the meat in vegetable or olive oil until crusted. While frying, add beer, some honey, chopped onions and basil to the pan. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cook the beef for at least 40 minutes.

Lay the pears in the pan a few minutes before cooking. Without stirring the mixture, cook the dish for 3-4 minutes under a lid over low heat.

Remove the pieces of beef and pear from the pan and place on plates. For decoration, use any cheese cubes and fresh herbs. As a sauce, you can use the mass remaining after frying, diluted with one teaspoon of starch. Before serving, such a sauce must be brought to a boil.
