We will prepare two containers. We take the eggs (3 pieces), break and separate the proteins from the yolks.

In a container with proteins, add salt (a pinch) and beat with a spoon or whisk.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl with yolks (500 grams), mix. Add sugar (3 tablespoons) and semolina (6 tablespoons), then mix thoroughly.

Pour the contents of the first container (proteins and salt) into the second container. Add vanillin (to taste). And also add raisins (to taste), previously washed and soaked in water. The casserole dough is ready.

Prepare the form: grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.

Top the casserole with grease sour cream before being sent to the oven.
