Stewed potatoes with mushrooms - easy to prepare. It can be served as a separate dish or as a side dish. Any mushrooms are used.

You will need
- - 0.5 kg. potatoes;
- - 400 g of any mushrooms;
- - medium onion;
- - salt, pepper, bay leaf, mushroom seasoning to taste;
- - 2 tbsp cooking oil for frying.

Peel the potatoes, wash well, cut into small cubes. Put the frying pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil and heat well.

Put the potatoes in a skillet and fry over low heat on both sides, without covering, for about 10-15 minutes.

Wash the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Send the fried potatoes to a saucepan in which it will be cooked on.

Fry the mushrooms in a pan. Once the mushrooms have a golden hue, add onion and 1 teaspoon of mushroom seasoning and fry a little.

Ready mushrooms add to the potatoes. Salt, pepper, put a bay leaf and pour half a glass of water. Simmer over medium heat for half an hour.
Useful advice
The dish must be served hot.
The finished dish can be sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs.
