Boiled chicken breast is harmoniously combined with this vegetable. Of course, the meat of this bird is rather dry in itself, but in tandem with fresh cucumber a very tasty salad is obtained. The main thing is to choose the right dressing and related ingredients.

To prepare a hearty snack of fresh cucumbers, you will need the following products:

- 1 chicken breast fillet;

- 5 fresh medium-sized cucumbers;

- 1 pod of hot pepper;

- 1 raw egg;

- 3-4 feathers of green onions;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 2 tsp granulated sugar;

- 1 tsp soy sauce;

- 1 tsp vegetable oil;

- a few drops of vinegar;

- half a teaspoon mustard;

- 30 g of sesame seed.

Before you start preparing a salad with fresh cucumbers, you need to boil the chicken. To do this, rinse the poultry meat, put in a pan with water and put on fire. The chicken will cook for 20-30 minutes, in general, until the meat is soft.

When the fillet is boiled, it must be removed from the broth, dried a little, cooled, cut into thin strips and put in a deep bowl. Before cooking, you need to wash the cucumbers under running water. Cut into two parts, and then each into small semicircles, send in a bowl to the chicken. Rinse green onions and chop as finely as possible.

For salad, it is recommended to buy fried sesame seeds. If they are raw, then they can be prepared on their own, laid out for 2-3 minutes on a dry frying pan, stirring constantly, so as not to burn.

Now you can start preparing the dressing. That it will be the main "highlight" of the salad. In a deep plate, you need to pour vegetable oil, it is recommended to choose sunflower, soy sauce, a couple of drops of vinegar and add mustard. Mix everything thoroughly. Pour sesame seeds into the resulting sauce.

For piquancy, garlic must be added to the dressing. To do this, clean two cloves, pass through a press and add to the plate with the mixture. Mix again, salt to taste.

When the dressing is ready, it must be watered with prepared cucumbers and chicken. Stir thoroughly so that each piece of meat and vegetable is saturated with a spicy mixture. Then remove the bowl with salad for 45-60 minutes in the refrigerator.

If the hostess does not have time to prepare the dressing, then the salad can be flavored with liquid sour cream, to which soy sauce and garlic will be added.

While the appetizer is saturated and acquires a piquant taste, you need to work a little more. You need to wash and cut the capsicum as thin as possible. Pour the raw egg into a bowl, beat well. Pour the egg mass onto a hot frying pan and fry the “pancake”. Then cool it, cut into thin strips.

Serving a snack is recommended in portioned salad bowls, garnished with pepper and egg pancake. Green lovers can also add finely chopped parsley, dill, or cilantro to the salad.
