A dish for thrifty housewives. When buying poultry or rabbit meat, you once again think about what to do with offal. You can make a tasty soup from the heart, liver and stomach, but for a full-fledged dish of offal one carcass will not be enough. Therefore, there is an alternative - to surprise the household with an original salad.

You will need
- - 2 pcs. any liver (chicken, rabbit, duck, nutria or goose);
- - 2 eggs;
- - 250 g of colored pasta;
- - 1 tbsp. l butter;
- - 2 tbsp olive oil;
- - greens of dill;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instruction manual

Boil the liver. Pour in water, salt and cook for an hour. Cool. Cook colored pasta in slightly salted water. Tilt in a colander and put in a salad bowl. Add butter and mix well.

Put the eggs in a small saucepan and cook hard-boiled. Place boiled eggs for several minutes in cold water, peel, cut into cubes, send to a salad bowl.

Cut a cold liver, send pieces of the liver to a salad bowl. Rinse the dill and chop finely. Add to salad. Salt, pepper, pour the salad with olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well.

For decoration, you can add slices of tomatoes and some olives. Serve the salad warm.
Useful advice
Olive oil should not be bitter, otherwise combined with the liver, it will give an unpleasant aftertaste to the salad. Olive oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil.
Macaroni is best used from wholemeal and spinach puree. These pasta are healthier than regular.
