• 8 pieces of flounder in the form of a fillet (approximately 80 grams each);

• 3 tablespoons of lemon juice;

• 1 cube of broth (preferably fish);

• 2 carrots;

• half a glass of sour cream;

• parsley root and celery;

• greens (dill, mint, basil);

• salt to taste.

Flounder fillet cut along the carcass in half. Heat the lemon juice and then dissolve a cube of broth in it. Coat the pieces of fish on all sides with the resulting mixture and then form the rolls so that the skin of the fish is inside.

Peel the carrots, parsley root and celery. Then cut them into small cubes, cook for 5 minutes in half a liter of boiling water. The resulting broth is poured into a separate bowl.

Add sour cream to the broth and wait until it boils. We put vegetables there first, and then rolls on them. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes. Wash greens, dry, tear leaves and decorate the dish with them.
