You will need
- 350 g long grain rice (e.g. basmati);
- 200 ml of coconut milk;
- 200 ml of water;
- 1 tsp dried ginger powder;
- A pinch of salt, preferably sea.

We wash the rice, put in a pan, add water and milk, ginger and salt.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Then cover with a towel and let it brew for 10 - 15 minutes.

We fluff rice with a fork and serve on warmed plates, accompanied by exotic fruits, if desired and to taste.
