  • - butter 150 g;

  • - dill, parsley, salt, pepper;

  • - a bunch of sorrel and spinach.

At the very beginning, you need to cook the meat broth. Rinse the meat thoroughly and set it to simmer on a small fire, previously pouring water. To enhance the aroma, it is worth adding black peppercorns and bay leaves.

While the broth is on the stove, boil in the eggs. Hard boiled eggs reach their readiness after 8-10 minutes after the water boils.

Rinse and clean the greens. Carrots and onions should be finely chopped, cut the potatoes into cubes, and cut part of the sorrel coarsely.

We put the other half of the sorrel on a plate, pour boiling water and add the spinach there. Such a decoction should be infused for 5 minutes, after which it needs to be decanted, and all the greens should be crushed with a knife or a blender.

We make frying from carrots and onions.

As the broth is ready, you need to add potatoes and onions with carrots. From this moment, the broth should boil for another 15 minutes.

Add mashed potatoes to the broth, which is obtained from spinach and sorrel, and leave it to boil for another 5 minutes.

At the very end, add ground pepper and any other greens. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid - let the green borscht infuse for several minutes.

When serving soup, you need to add an egg. Green borsch with sour cream will turn out very tasty!
