- -1 kg of potatoes
- -1 small onion
- -1 bunch of chives
- or green onions
- -150 ml wine vinegar
- -1/4 tsp mustard
- -salt
- ground black pepper

Boil the potatoes in a peel, then peel.

Peel onions, finely chop.

Prepare dressing: warm the meat broth and mix it with chopped onions, mustard, salt and pepper.

Cut the boiled potatoes into slices, put in a salad bowl, pour wine vinegar.

Top with hot broth dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onion, mix gently.

Useful advice
In potato salad, you can add the cubes of fried lard or thin slices of pickled cucumbers.
Serve it better with boiled sausages, home-made sausage or boiled pork.
Potatoes must be salted during cooking. So it does not crack.
After cooking, place it in cold water. Thus, it cools faster and will be easier to clean.
