To start, set the iron to warm up. The best temperature will be that which is used for ironing woolen things.

We cut two slices of bread, just do it as evenly as possible, as this will determine how well the sandwich is fried. We spread the butter on pieces of bread: one is greased on top, and the other, respectively, from below. Just remember that you do not need to smear a lot of oil. Then cut a piece of cheese and put it between slices of bread.

Now you should wrap the sandwich with food foil or paper. This is necessary so as not to spoil yourself and the iron with butter or cheese.

We put the wrapped sandwich on the cutting board and press the iron preheated to the desired temperature for about 30 seconds. After time, we turn the sandwich on the other side and do the same with it. The hot sandwich is ready! Bon Appetit! Good luck
