Unusual, but very tasty muffins with peas and smoked meats. A little time, a bit of fantasy - and a hearty and incredibly aromatic dish is ready!

You will need
- - 300 g peas (of your choice)
- - 1 head of onion
- - 1 carrot
- - 50 g smoked meats (ham, sausage, meat)
- - 1 tbsp. l olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable or lean)
- - 75 g of walnuts (a few pieces should be put on the decoration in the form of halves)
- - salt and spices to taste

First, thoroughly rinse the peas in cold water, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes until tender. Peas do not salt and pepper. Cool the cooked peas and chop them with a blender. The result is a gentle pea puree that tastes very good without any spices.

Grind the walnut (not forgetting to put a few halves on the decoration) and add it to our pea mass, which acquires a spicy, tart nutty taste.

Finely chop the onion, rub the carrots on a fine grater. We simmer on vegetable oil or olive oil and cool. Smoked products are also finely chopped and mixed with cooled vegetables.

We take molds for muffins. It can be either silicone or metal molds. We spread pea puree in a mold, kneading with our fingers like a dough. In the middle we spread a little prepared filling from vegetables and smoked meats. Cover the filling from above with a layer of pea mass. We decorate our muffins with halves of walnuts. The dish is ready.
Useful advice
If desired, it can be served hot, but cold muffins are no less tasty. Without baking and special expenses, you get an incredibly delicate, aromatic and satisfying dish of the simplest products.
