Stuffed cabbage is standard. Pass the meat through a meat grinder. Boil groats in salted water. For 1 glass of rice, 2 glasses of water are taken. After cooking, cool the rice and add to the meat, mix.

Finely chop the onion, fry it in oil until golden brown. Ready onion add to the minced meat, mix. All together, salt and pepper.

Separate large whole leaves from the head of cabbage, place them in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes, remove from water and cool. Put minced meat in each cabbage leaf, wrap the leaf in the form of an envelope.

Fry the cabbage rolls a little in a pan in a small amount of oil on both sides. Transfer the cabbage rolls to the pan.

In the same pan in which cabbage rolls were fried, pour sour cream, tomato paste, water, add flour and salt, boil for several minutes. Pour this mixture of stuffed cabbage in a saucepan. Simmer the dish on low heat for 35-40 minutes. Cabbage rolls are ready.
