You will need
- - 3 egg whites
- - 40 g sugar
- - 150 g of powdered sugar
- - 100 g ground almonds
- - a pinch of salt
- - 1 tbsp lemon juice
- - 1 bag of food-grade paint
- Cream:
- - 120 g soft butter
- - 6 tbsp boiled condensed milk

Pour nuts, food color and powdered sugar into a cup, mix.

Beat cold proteins, lemon juice and salt with a mixer until a 2-fold increase in mass. Enter sugar in two passes and continue whisking until smooth.

Transfer the proteins to a cup, add a little sugar-nut mixture, mix everything.

In medium portions, add sugar with nuts, knead the dough. Proteins will settle, the mass will become fluid-heavy.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put a medium bag, about 5 cm in diameter, onto a sheet with a pastry bag.

Leave the cakes for 40 minutes on the table to dry. Bake them at a temperature of 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

While the cookies are cooling, prepare the cream. Beat softened butter, add boiled condensed milk and mix until smooth.

Smear the cooled cake with cream, cover with a second cake and press gently so that the cream protrudes slightly.

Put cookies on a plate and hide for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
