- In two servings:
- - fettuccine paste - 250 g;
- - cream of 20% fat - 200 ml;
- - ham - 100 g;
- - champignons - 100 g;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - wheat flour - 1, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tsp;
- - grated parmesan, salt, fresh herbs.

Boil the pasta. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt to the water - then they will stick together less. Cook pasta to al dente, drain the water.

Grind champignons, boil in water for 10 minutes, salt.

Make a creamy sauce. Melt butter in a frying pan, add flour, mix until smooth. Pour the mushrooms with the broth, mix. Cut the ham and put in the sauce too.
