Peel and wash the potatoes with cold water. Boil until half cooked in salted water for 7-10 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into halves, remove the middle with a teaspoon. From the inside, pierce the potatoes with a fork in several places. This is necessary so that the juice from the filling saturates them better.

Salt the potatoes, spread a little sour cream or mayonnaise and fill with the filling. Lubricate with sour cream on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spread the stuffed potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

3-5 minutes before the end of cooking, put half a teaspoon of butter on each half of the potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, cilantro or celery.

To prepare the stuffing from minced meat, pass the onion, add raw minced meat, fry with onion for 3-5 minutes. Salt, pepper and stuff the potatoes.

For mushroom filling, chop the mushrooms finely and sauté with onions. Salt, pepper and stuff the potatoes.

For a vegetable filling, cut the vegetables into cubes. Pass them in butter for 5-7 minutes. Salt, pepper and stuff the potatoes with vegetables. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the potatoes with cheese 10 minutes before the end of baking.
