To prepare the eclairs, you will need: 100 g butter, 3 eggs, a glass of water (plain, faceted), 200 g flour, salt on the tip of a knife.
Cooking eclairs
Boil water in a pan, melt the oil in it, put salt there. After this, gradually pour the flour into the pan, thoroughly mixing the dough. After the dough begins to lag behind the walls of the pan, set it to cool.
Break eggs into room temperature dough, mix everything thoroughly. Cover the pan with baking paper or grease it with butter (or margarine). Spoon out small rounded lumps of dough.
Useful advice: if you want to get eclairs not small round, but elongated, take a pastry syringe and squeeze sausages onto a baking sheet about 7-9 cm long and about 3 cm wide.
Bake the eclairs in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
Attention! Do not open the oven during baking, because otherwise the eclairs will not work out airy, voluminous.
After cooking, set the eclairs to cool, then cut them in half and fill with any cream, whipped cream. You can also make unsweetened eclairs, snack bars, with different salads.
