  • - onions 3 pcs.;

  • - veal liver (liver, heart, lung) 1 pc.;

  • - chicken egg 3 pcs.;

  • - vegetable oil 3/4 cup;

  • - pepper;

  • - salt.

Peel the onion, chop into small pieces and salt. Fry in hot vegetable oil so that the onions give juice and immediately remove from heat.

Boil the liver until cooked, then pass through a meat grinder and fry with onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil hard boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into small slices.

Pour half the flour into a bowl, add 1 cup of warm water and yeast to it, then mix thoroughly. Cover and let sit in a warm place for 45 minutes. In the risen dough, beat the yolks, add sugar, salt and milk. Then add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Then add vegetable oil and mix again. Leave the dough for 1.5 hours in a warm place.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Roll 2/3 of the dough into a layer and place on a baking sheet. Spread onion, liver and eggs on top. Roll out the remaining dough into a thin layer and cover the filling. Connect the edges of the dough. Lubricate the cake with a beaten egg and make holes for steam to escape. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
