This homemade dish is loved in every family. Dumplings, the dish is simply magnificent and universal. It is prepared from any meat: chicken, beef, pork, game meat and even minced fish. The ingredients are not expensive, and the result is a hassle. At the same time, homemade dumplings made with care and love will always be tastier than the store ones. Preservatives are added to the dumplings in the store, chemistry for keeping water in the minced meat, using cheap raw materials. Pick your recipe

This is a recipe for classic minced meat dumplings. The meat indicated in the recipe can be replaced with any that you like, while the ratio of ingredients will not change. You can use: beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, game, duck.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour 3 cups (+1 cup to add)
  • Chicken egg 1 piece
  • Water 1 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon

Ingredients for Stuffing:

  • Pork 500 g
  • Milk 200 ml. (1 glass)
  • Onions 2 small onions
  • Garlic optional 2-5 cloves
  • Salt 2 pinches
  • Ground black pepper 1 pinch

Cooking dough

Pour 3 cups of flour onto the table and make a crater without leaving flour in the center. Pour vegetable oil, egg, water into the middle of the crater, add salt and carefully mix with flour. We slowly pull the flour into the center of the crater with a hand and knead it with liquid until a thick mass forms there. Mix the thick mass with all the flour on the table and knead thoroughly.

The dough we got should be put in a container and covered with a towel or polyethylene. The covered dough will "rest" for 30 minutes, and then you need to knead it again.

After the second batch, the dough rests for another 30 minutes, after which it is ready for rolling.

Minced meat

The meat must be washed under running water and cut into small parts, peeled, washed, and also chopped. In a meat grinder, scroll pork and onions, add to them: milk, salt, black pepper and knead thoroughly.

Modeling dumplings

Roll out the dough 1 mm thick, constantly pouring flour under it. Cut out the mugs from the rolled dough sheet using a regular glass.

In the middle of the mug we put a teaspoon of minced meat, mug the mugs, folding it in half. We fasten the tails of the resulting "dumpling" and we already get the dumpling.

Dumplings

Such dumplings are cooked for 5 minutes or 7 if they are frozen in salted water.

Dumplings with any sauce are served: sour cream, butter, vinegar, ketchup, mayonnaise, adjika, cheese or garlic.
