Rinse wild rice in cold water, put in boiling water, cook for 40 minutes.

Peel a piece of ginger, cut the tomatoes. Mix with coconut milk and lime juice in a blender. It turned out coconut sauce.

Put ready rice in a hot pan, add olive oil.
