Turkey salad

Very tasty and healthy turkey meat is obtained in combination with vegetables, fruits, eggs, dressings and various spices.

You will need:

- 200 g of turkey (breast);

- tomato - 1 pc.;

- cucumber - 1 pc.;

- 100 g of feta cheese;

- 1 tbsp. l wine vinegar;

- 1 tbsp. l olive oil;

- spices, salt (to taste);

- greens (parsley, coriander, dill, etc.).

Boil turkey meat in salted water until tender, then cool. You can also use stew or baked meat in a salad, for example, in foil in the oven. Cut the prepared meat into small cubes and put on the bottom of the salad bowl, then sprinkle with red and black ground pepper.

Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into small pieces, then ½ part of the vegetables lay on top of the meat. Do not forget to salt and pepper vegetables, put a layer of chopped feta cheese on top. Repeat all the layers in the order shown.

Combine vinegar, olive oil and pour salad over this mixture. Garnish the salad with sprigs of greens on top.

Roasted turkey

A delicious diet dish is baked turkey with spices. You will need:

- 1 kg turkey fillet;

- garlic - 5 cloves;

- 2 tbsp. l olive oil;

- 1 liter of water (for marinade);

- salt (to taste);

- ground black pepper (to taste).

Rinse the meat thoroughly, make a few deep cuts and dry naturally on a paper towel. Prepare the marinade: combine water, salt and pepper, then place the turkey in this salted marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.

After the indicated time, wipe off the meat and place slices of peeled garlic in cuts. On a baking sheet greased with olive oil, put turkey meat and pour it with a mixture of olive oil and spices. Send the turkey to the oven, heated to 220 ° C, and bake until cooked.

Serve the turkey meat hot. As a side dish for dietary meat, cabbage salad, vegetables or vinaigrette are great.
