Cauliflower is very healthy and needs to be included in your diet. However, most people do not really like cauliflower dishes. But cabbage cooked according to this recipe leaves few indifferent.

Ingredients:

  • ½ head of cauliflower;

  • 3 ripe tomatoes;

  • 2 garlic cloves;

  • 1 medium sized zucchini;

  • 4–5 tablespoons of sour cream;

  • parmesan (grated);

  • salt and spices to taste.

Cooking:

  1. The first step is to prepare cauliflower. To do this, it is disassembled into inflorescences, and then put everything in a saucepan. Water is poured into the container and it is placed on a hot stove. After boiling, the fire is reduced. When the vegetables are fully cooked, the pan is removed from the heat.

  2. While the cabbage is cooking, you need to peel the garlic cloves, wash them and cut into thin plates. Then they need to be laid out on a hot frying pan, in which you first need to pour quite a bit of vegetable oil.

  3. Zucchini should also be washed and cut into medium-sized cubes. Then the chopped zucchini is salted and mixed well. This vegetable is added to the pan with garlic after the latter has a golden color. Cover the pan and reduce heat to near minimum.

  4. Tomatoes are also pre-washed in running water and cut into thin slices. They go to zucchini, and dried basil is also added there. Then the vegetables are thoroughly mixed and the pan needs to be covered again.

  5. The contents of the pan should be stewed for another 5 minutes. Prepared cauliflower must be added to the stewed vegetables only after the zucchini becomes very soft.

  6. In order to prepare the pouring, you need to mix the sour cream with paprika, Provencal herbs and dried garlic (you can use other seasonings at your discretion). The resulting creamy sauce must be poured into a pan.

  7. After all the ingredients are well mixed, the pan can be removed from the stove. But you shouldn’t immediately remove the lid, but you must let the dish brew for 5-10 minutes. When serving, it is recommended to decorate the finished dish with herbs and sprinkle with parmesan pre-crushed with a grater.
