You will need

  • - 230 g sour cream;

  • - 200 g of sugar;

  • - 3 large eggs;

  • - 2 teaspoons of baking powder;

  • - 0.5 tsp of salt;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of grapefruit zest;

  • - 120 ml of vegetable oil;

  • - 80 ml of fresh grapefruit juice;

  • - 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract;

  • - tangerines.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with a small amount of flour. Cover the bottom with baking paper.

Sift flour, salt, baking powder. Beat sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla and grapefruit zest. Gently inject the flour mixture. Pour juice, vegetable oil, mix.

Pour the resulting dough into a mold. Peel a few tangerines, press the slices into the dough so that they reach the bottom. Cook for 50 minutes.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes without removing the citrus pie from the mold. Then shift until completely cooled to the grate. Serve with unsweetened tea.
