You will need

- - long white rice 100 g;
- - brown rice 100 g;
- - chicken broth 100 ml;
- - vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - brown sugar 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - honey 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - lemon juice 20 ml;
- - soy sauce 20 ml;
- - garlic 1 clove;
- - turmeric;
- - dried basil;
- - spices;
- - ground black pepper;
- - ground white pepper;
- - ground paprika;
- - ground chili;
- - ginger;
- - salt.

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly in cool water, pat dry with a paper towel, and cut into small portions. Salt a little. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Heat the oil in a pan, put slices of fillet on it and fry until golden brown. Then add the onion and simmer another 2-3 minutes under the lid.

Mix white and brown rice, rinse and boil until cooked. Melt honey and sugar in a saucepan, then add turmeric, ginger, basil, spicy herbs, chopped garlic and all kinds of peppers to them. Cook on low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Salt to taste.

Pour the chicken fillet with the prepared honey sauce and simmer for 5 minutes under the lid. Serve the rice with the chicken fillet on top. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
