Ingredients:

- biscuit cookies 300 g (I had chocolate);

- condensed milk.

Cooking

We break the cookies and grind them into crumbs. You can use a blender, rolling pin, mortar, at your discretion. The crumb should be uniform, no large pieces. Next, add condensed milk to the mass, 1 teaspoon each and mix. Condensed milk acts as a bonding component, so a lot of it is not needed. As soon as the mass ceases to crumble, you can begin to roll the balls. In size, cake pops are about the size of a ping-pong ball.

Basis No. 2 - Favorite

It differs from the first one in that nut paste is used instead of condensed milk.

Ingredients:

- nuts 200 g;

- cocoa "Nesquik" 3 tbsp;

- condensed milk.

Cooking

In a blender, chop the nuts in small portions until they give butter. This is 3-4 minutes. Next, pour cocoa. I use "Nesquik" because he is not bitter, a long-proven remedy. And add the condensed milk. How many - I will not say, each time in a different way, look at the consistency. The mass should not be fluid, thick and sticky. Knead thoroughly. Combine with cookies and knead again.

Base number 3 - Bright

Cookies should be without additives, just white. After condensed milk has been added, you can drip 2-3 drops of food coloring or use natural (beet, blueberry juice). You can add grated fruit puree, but then cookies need more to keep in shape.

Be sure to send the blank to the refrigerator for an hour and a half. In the meantime, you can do chopsticks. There are several options:

- tubes for cocktails (cut off the bending part);

- wooden skewers (cut off sharp tips);

- special sticks for cake pops (sold in pastry shops).

We make the icing.

1. Chocolate

- A bar of confectionery milk chocolate.

- Fat cream 50 ml.

Heat the cream and add chocolate (pieces to melt faster). Reduce the heat and constantly stir so that nothing burns. You can drown in a water bath, then first melt the chocolate, and then make the cream. The second option is good when there are a lot of balls, the icing does not freeze, you do not need to melt the second portion.

2. Color

- A bar of confectionery white chocolate.

- Fat cream 50 ml.

- Food coloring.

Everything is the same, only at the end we add dye. The more intense you want the color, the more dye.

Assembly

We take the ball, make a hole in it with a stick - we outline the place of attachment. Dip the stick into the chocolate, insert it into place and send it to the refrigerator until the stick is up. Until the chocolate hardens well, no action is taken.

Meanwhile, you can cook the decor. As a decor, you can use chocolate chips, confectionery sprinkles, crushed nuts, crushed balls from breakfast cereals, broken candies without filling in a blender, and more. If you plan to paint cake pops, you can use helium pencils.

After the chocolate has set well, you can completely dip the workpiece into the icing. They dipped, scrolled in their hands so that the glaze was evenly distributed, allowed to drain excess and sprinkled with decor. Then you should stick cake pops strictly vertically stick into the foam or bread. And again in the refrigerator. If you need to apply a picture, then you should wait for the chocolate to solidify completely.
