Differences between Ale and Beer

It is believed that the English were invented by the English at the beginning of the 7th century. By the sixteenth century, the technology for preparing this drink has changed; brewers everywhere began to use hops. Before hops were brought from the Netherlands to England, the word "el" denoted drinks that were obtained as a result of fermentation without the addition of hops.

Making ale takes on average about 3-4 weeks. Some varieties require a longer production process, in some cases it can take up to 4 months.

Different types of ales are distinguished by the types of starter cultures used and the fermentation temperature. This drink differs from beer not only by the type of fermentation, but also by the fact that ales are never pasteurized or sterilized. Calm long-term fermentation at moderate temperature leads to the fact that the yeast secrete esters and various aromatic and flavoring products, which gives the ale an interesting “fruity” taste. Once the ale is ready, it is poured into barrels or bottles, a little sugar is added to resume fermentation, and then corked. Ale matures directly in containers for several weeks.
