Ingredients (2 servings):

- 2 bananas;

Ingredients (for 6-8 servings):

- 3 very ripe bananas;

- 100 g butter;

For cream:

- 2 tbsp. and 2 tbsp milk;

- 2 chicken yolks;

- 0.5 tbsp. Sahara;

- 5 tbsp flour.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator 40 minutes before cooking. Mix it with flour using a mixer or whisk, add water, salt and knead plastic dough. Roll it up in a lump, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then roll it into a cake, put it in a mold and make sides. Puncture the cake with a fork or a toothpick so that the steam coming out during baking does not deform it. Prepare the base of the cake in 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180oC.

Shortcrust pastry is best rolled out through 2 layers of parchment paper. So it does not stick to the rolling pin, and you do not have to introduce additional flour into it.

Pour 2 tbsp. milk in a saucepan or saucepan and put on medium heat. Pour sugar into it and stir until grains disappear. Beat the yolks with flour and 2 tbsp in a separate bowl. milk. Quickly put this mixture into milk syrup and cook until thick, continuously stirring with a wooden spatula.
