And no matter how much they talk about the dangers of such food, they not only continue to buy it, but also cook it at home. Pork steak with french fries
Ingredients:
- 500 g of pork;
- 50 ml of soy sauce;
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, black and red ground peppers;
- salt;
- vegetable oil.
Wash the pork thoroughly, dry and cut into slices 3 cm thick across the fibers. Generously rub the slices with salt and a mixture of mustard and two peppers. Place the meat in a wide container in one layer and pour evenly on soy sauce. Cover the dishes or tighten with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Squeeze the steaks from the marinade and put in the warmed vegetable oil. Fry them quickly over high heat to crust, then reduce the temperature to a minimum and bring the dish to readiness, after which it will be 6-10 minutes on each side.
French fries burgers
Ingredients:
- 300 g of pork and beef;
- 4 buns;
- 1 tomato;
- 1 onion;
- 1 pickled cucumber;
- 2 lettuce leaves;
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;
- salt;
- vegetable oil;
- ketchup or barbecue sauce.
Cut the meat into small sticks, peeled the onion into quarters and pass everything through a meat grinder. Stir the minced meat with pepper and salt well, beat off a little and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Divide it into 4 parts, form from each cutlet, transfer to a pan with hot vegetable oil and add with a spatula. Fry the burgers until cooked.
Preheat the buns and cut along. Assemble the hamburgers in the following order: bread, ketchup, slices of cucumbers, lettuce flakes, a cup of tomato, bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
