Chop the onion into small cubes. Add onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the minced meat until tender.

Rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms into small slices. Mix mushrooms with carrots, add salt and pepper and fry everything in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small strips. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and place half the potatoes in it. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
