The next fact about the nutrition of slender people is small portions. Huge plates filled with meat, fried potatoes and other dishes, not for thin. They eat as much as their stomach allows, and do not stretch it to an unthinkable state, when at one time it fits up to several kilograms of food.

Two of the above factors are the cause of rapid metabolism, that is, metabolism, due to which everything eaten during the day is digested, leaving the right substances and saving the body from excess. But the main thing is not putting anything in reserve as fat under the skin.

If we talk about the diet, slender people prefer fresh vegetables and fruits to their canned counterparts, desserts and flour products. In their food system, there is not only fatty fried meat (which many exclude altogether), but also fish, chicken (most often, sirloin without skin). Without any restrictions, they prepare healthy dishes from natural products, which are also tasty. Fast food and convenience foods are usually absent because they are strictly limited, because there is no use for them for the body.

In other words, slender people consciously strive to consume food necessary for the body and avoid "empty" foods. Of course, not all of these facts apply to all. It happens that nature rewards a person with a certain constitution, which allows him to eat anything, and without getting fat, but these are all the same exceptions.

In order to introduce thin and healthy people to the army, those who are full must realize the uselessness of diets and the benefits of a healthy diet. It is possible to accelerate the metabolism with the help of sports, a diet in five doses and the use of certain foods (for example, grapefruit).
