So, large fruits can be used in salads from fresh vegetables, as well as make preparations with them for the winter. But the housewives found large cucumbers and many other uses, tasty and healthy. They make cutlets, juice, marinades and many other goodies.

The hostesses say that they are very tasty, they make cutlets from cucumber "piglets." To prepare them, grate the overgrown fruits on a coarse grater, squeeze the juice. Then add a few tablespoons of flour and one spoon of potato starch to the mass (it absorbs excess liquid well), to taste - salt, pepper and garlic. Knead the mass well, it should be consistency like thick sour cream. Form the cutlets with a spoon and send them to the pan with preheated vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides until a golden crust appears. Ready cutlets can be seasoned with sour cream and garlic sauce.

Sour cream in a dressing can be replaced with mayonnaise. The sauce from it will only gain an additional taste.

Stuffed cucumbers are also successful. Cut the fruits along, remove the seeds from them, then start the cucumbers with pre-prepared minced meat, flavored with garlic, pepper, salt, spices. Put the cucumbers on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes and then take the sample.

Large cucumbers can be fried, as are zucchini. Cut the fruit into circles, roll them in flour and fry on both sides.

Need to urgently cook light-salted cucumbers? Then rinse them thoroughly, cut the tails. Cut the cucumbers into circles, put them in a strong plastic bag. Sprinkle them with salt (1 tablespoon of salt will be required for 1 kg of cucumbers), garlic, you can add a sheet of black currant, seeds and sprigs of dill, mix and leave for an hour or two in a warm place. Then put the bag in the refrigerator. Do not forget to periodically shake the package so that the cucumbers are well salted. After 3-4 hours, it will be possible to take a sample from the cucumbers prepared in this way.

Pass the large fruits through a juicer, boil it and add salt and spices to it, as for a pickle, and you will get an excellent marinade for pickling cucumbers.
