For a family Sunday dinner or, for example, for a small party, tartlets with the simplest filling, which can be prepared from ordinary products, are also good.

A good answer to the question of how to start tartlets for a party can be, for example, those available in the kitchen of every housewife, products such as chicken, sausages and minced meat.

Chicken baskets

To prepare such tartlets you will need:

  • chicken fillet -250 gr;

  • 150 g of butter and cheese;

  • 75 ml cream;

  • one onion;

  • spice.

To prepare the chicken filling for tartlets, you must first finely chop the onions, grate the cheese on a fine grater and cut the chicken into cubes. Further, the procedure should be as follows:

  • I pass the onions for 3 minutes in oil;

  • add chicken to the pan;

  • after 5 minutes we use salt and spices, and pour in the cream.

Stew the filling until the cream evaporates. We lay the chicken prepared in this way in baskets and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Once this operation is completed, the tartlets must be placed in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

How to start tartlets: use minced meat

To make the filling for such tartlets, you should prepare:

  • minced meat - 300 gr;

  • rice - 200 gr;

  • one carrot and one onion;

  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp / l;

  • some vegetable oil and spices.

Boil the rice until tender, slightly salting, and rinse, laying on a colander. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Next, add carrots grated on a coarse grater to the onion. After about 3-5 minutes, spread the tomato paste in the pan. After another three minutes, we take out the fried vegetables in a plate, cool slightly, and then mix with salted raw minced meat.

The mass obtained in this way should be laid out in small baskets and put everything in the oven, heated to 180 C. After 30 minutes, you can pull out the finished tartlets with minced meat.
