You will need
- For the test: 5 cups of wheat flour, 0.5 cups of water, 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
- For minced meat: 250 grams of pork, 250 grams of beef, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper - to taste, vegetable oil.

Dissolve the salt in half a glass of water. Pour flour into the salted water and knead the steep dough.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder and mix. Peel the onion, finely chop and combine with the minced meat.

Stuff the minced meat, pepper and add 2 tablespoons of water. Knead the minced meat well.

Roll the dough thinly and cut circles with a diameter of about 15 centimeters.

Put a little mincemeat on one half of the tortilla and cover it with the other half of the tortilla; connect the edges well.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry pasties on both sides until cooked.
