Warm the cream lightly, pour the yeast into them, add flour, salt and sugar, mix. Melt the butter and send to the creamy flour mixture. Knead the dough, cover it with cling film, leave for 45-60 minutes to rise.

While you can peel the chestnuts, cut them into slices, pour a small amount of water. Add peeled and chopped apple to the chestnuts in the water, cook together until soft. After that, beat with a blender, add cream with sugar, then simmer over medium heat until thickened.

Cut the dough into small pieces, roll each thinly, and coat with chestnut cream. Roll up a small roll, then roll it into a spiral. Smear the resulting buns with cream, sprinkle sugar on top.
