The classic recipe for home cooking will require the following ingredients:

  • liver - 500 g;

  • Hercules - 3 tbsp. l;

  • onions, potatoes, egg - 1 pc.;

  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;

  • garlic - 1 clove;

  • salt, spices to taste;

  • soda - ½ tsp;

  • flour - 2 tbsp.

Walkthrough:

  1. Remove the film and veins from the liver, cut into medium pieces.

  2. Peel, wash, cut vegetables into 3 parts.

  3. Load everything into a blender bowl, add garlic, oats, chop.

  4. Salt the mass, add spices, egg, soda, mayonnaise and mix until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  5. Heat a frying pan with oil, spread the dough with a spoon and bake on both sides until golden brown.

Liver with apples in wine sauce

This is the original version of the hot dishes for the festive table.

Required:

  • liver - 0.7 kg;

  • wine - 200 ml;

  • apples "Antonovka" - 3 pcs.;

  • lime - 1 pc.;

  • honey - 20 g;

  • onions (purple) - 2 pcs.;

  • vegetable oil - 30 ml;

  • salt, pepper, basil, turmeric to taste.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Prepare the liver - soak, remove all unnecessary, cut into large pieces, pour oil and lemon.

  2. In a saucepan, warm white wine, honey, seasonings for three minutes over medium heat.

  3. Wash the apples, remove the core and the skin, cut into plastics.

  4. Peel the onion, wash, remove moisture with a napkin, crumble in half rings.

  5. Pour oil into a pan and fry vegetables until golden brown, put in a bowl.

  6. In the contents of the pan, fry the liver over high heat for 2 minutes, add the onion and onion mixture, wine, salt and simmer for 7 minutes over low heat.

Serve with any side dish or as an independent dish.

Liver roll

Prepare the following components:

beef liver - 400 g;

  • carrots, onions - 2 pcs.;

  • butter - 250 g;

  • salt, black pepper, basil - ½ tsp;

  • vegetable oil for frying.

Step by step:

  1. Cut the prepared liver into small pieces, fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop finely the onion, add to the pan, mix, fry for 10 minutes. Stir the contents constantly.

Beef liver with prune sauce

To prepare an interesting dish, you need to take the following components:

  • liver - 450 g;

  • prunes - 150 g;

  • red wine "Cahors" - ½ tbsp.;

  • leeks - 2 stalks;

  • almond chips, sugar - 1 tablespoon each;

  • a mixture of peppers - a pinch;

  • salt - 1/3 tsp;

  • greens optional.

Step by step:

  1. Cut the onion coarsely, sauté over high heat for 2-3 minutes, put without oil in a blender cup.

  2. Prepare the liver, divide into medium pieces, make small cuts along the entire length, fry for 10 minutes in the oil left onion.

  • egg - 1 pc.;

  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon;

  • black pepper, paprika, coriander - a pinch:

  • leaf salad - 2-3 leaves;

  • oil - 70 ml.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Take the prepared liver, cut into slices, a thickness of 1.5-2 centimeters.

  2. Beat off on both sides, positioned between the cling film.

  3. Pour fermented milk product, put in the refrigerator for an hour.

  4. After the time has passed, dab the pieces from the liquid, season with spices, leave it outside the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Grate the carrots with straws, squeeze the garlic through a press, fry everything with soy sauce in vegetable oil. Put on a plate.
