  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;

  • sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;

  • salt, pepper to taste.
  1. Step-by-step preparation of fish begins with carp processing. Fish must be cleaned of scales and offal and washed thoroughly.

  2. Pass the garlic through a garlic squeezer and grate the resulting carcass of the fish on all sides.

  3. The abdomen of the carp must be cut longitudinally and place the chopped greens there.

  4. Take a small baking sheet and grease with vegetable oil.

To prepare a delicious dish you will need the following products:

  • large carp weighing 1.5 - 2 kg;

  • sour cream with a fat content of at least 25% - 250 g;

  • sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;

  • onions - 4 pieces;

  • salt, pepper to taste.
  1. At the initial stage of cooking, the fish must be cleaned of scales and gutted. Carp is cut across.

  2. Grate fish carcass with salt and pepper. Leave on for 10 minutes.

  3. Chop onions into rings. Salt, pepper to taste. Sprinkle the resulting onion mixture with vegetable oil.

  4. Put the fish on a baking sheet, which is pre-lubricated with oil.

For cooking, you will need the following products:

  • fresh carp weighing at least 1.5 kg;

  • lemon - 1 piece;

  • sour cream 25% - 200 g;

  • medium-sized young potatoes - 10-12 pieces;

  • onions - 3-4 heads;

  • salt, pepper to taste.
  1. Clean fish from scales, gut and rinse thoroughly under running water. On prepared fish, it is necessary to make small incisions along the entire surface of the carcass. So the carp is better marinated and baked.

  2. Grate the fish with a mixture of salt and pepper. Pour juice from one large lemon. Leave the fish to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Cut potatoes into slices. Season with pepper and salt. If young potatoes are used for the dish, peeling is not necessary.

  2. Cut the lemon into thin half rings. Put them in cuts. Pour fish with the remaining juice, which must be pre-salt and pepper to taste.
