Ingredients:

  • Cilantro - 200 g;

  • Cream Cheese - 200 g;

  • Lightly salted chum salmon - 250 g;

  • Red caviar - 50 g;

  • Water - 0.5 tbsp;

  • Milk - 1 tbsp;

  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs;

  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l;

  • Salt;

  • Wheat flour - 200 g;

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l;

  • Dill;

  • Parsley.

Cooking:

  1. Start by making pancake dough. Put the washed cilantro in a deep bowl, pour half a glass of water, and beat with a blender. Break into a bowl with the resulting mixture of eggs, add salt and sugar.

  2. Pour milk and sunflower oil into the mass.

  3. Sift flour well and pour into bowl. Beat the ingredients with a blender.

  4. Achieve a homogeneous mass. Allow the dough to brew for 20 minutes, and then proceed to bake the pancakes.

  5. Preheat the pan, grease its surface with oil. Pour a serving of dough with a cooker. Fry the pancake on both sides.

  6. Put the finished pancake on a cutting board. Lubricate it completely with cream cheese. Cut red fish fillet into strips. Lay on the edge slices of slightly salted chum salmon, a little red caviar, and on top - finely chopped fresh herbs.

  7. Fold the pancake with a tube and cut at an angle into three parts. Do the same with the rest of the pancakes.

  8. Put the finished pancake rolls on a flat plate lined with lettuce, decorate with greens and serve. You can replace chum with any other red fish.
