  • - 250 g of vanilla sugar;

  • - 2 pcs. an orange;

  • - 2 g of salt;

  • - 2 pcs. chicken eggs;

  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil;

  • - 50 g of butter;

  • - 500 ml of boiled water;

  • - 400 g of premium flour.

Instruction manual

1

To make such a cake, you will first need ten to fifteen pancakes. You can take any recipe for the dough, but better on the water, as there will be a lot of sour cream in the pie.

2

Beat the eggs in a deep bowl, you can use a blender. Add boiled water and mix. Add a couple of tablespoons of sugar, a little salt and mix. Sift flour and add in small portions, constantly stir the dough. Add vegetable oil and bake pancakes from the resulting dough in a well-heated pan. Cool. Grease each pancake with melted butter.

3

Wash oranges well, wipe. Cut the zest with a sharp knife and cut it into thin strips. Gently cut the flesh of an orange. Pour a glass of water into a small saucepan, add 200 g of sugar and cook until the sugar has dissolved, add the zest and cook for another fifteen minutes. Remove and cool, add the pulp of an orange and let it brew for half an hour.

4

In a blender, beat the sour cream. Add sugar, beat until mass is smooth and sugar dissolves. Put the pancake on the dish, distribute the sour cream on it, then again the pancake and orange syrup, and so on until the pancakes run out. Garnish with orange slices or pulp.
