The dough according to this recipe is kneaded for less than 15 minutes, but in order for the base of the pizza to be unsteady, it is necessary to let the product lie down in warmth.

Ingredients:

  • a glass of flour;

  • a third of a glass of water;

  • 20 grams of vegetable oil (any to taste);

  • salt;

  • a pinch of sugar (sand is needed for the action of yeast);

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry garlic;

  • three grams of dry yeast.

Recipe:

Mix water with yeast and sugar. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, garlic to it (it is better not to exclude it from the recipe, it makes pizza tastier with it), butter and the prepared yeast mixture, mix well. Cover the bowl with the dough for 10 minutes with a film, and after the specified time, roll out the product and place it on a baking sheet.

Quick Mayonnaise Pizza Dough

Plus of this test - yeast is not required for its preparation. Thanks to mayonnaise, the dough during baking is tender with an original flavor.

Ingredients:

  • two eggs;

  • flour (how much dough will take, but not more than a glass);

  • salt;

  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil;

  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise;

Recipe:

Beat eggs with salt (a couple of minutes of beating is enough). Add oil and mayonnaise to the mass, mix, then gradually pour the flour into the composition and mix thoroughly so that there are no flour lumps. As soon as the dough is thick as sour cream, stop stirring the flour.

Pour the finished dough into the mold, and put the cooked filling on top of it. Bake in the oven until cooked.

Quick Kefir Pizza Dough

The option is suitable for those who like sweet fruit pizza with airy soft dough. Lovers of crunchy crispy dense crust, which often happens along the edge of baking, should take a closer look at another recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of kefir (fat content is unimportant);

  • 2 eggs;

  • a tablespoon of vegetable oil (if fruit and berry pizza is being prepared, unrefined coconut oil can be added);

  • half a teaspoon of salt and soda;

  • flour (as needed to achieve the desired consistency of the dough).

Recipe:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except flour and soda. Sift flour (about a glass) and soda a couple of times into a separate container, then gradually add the dry mixture to the kefir-egg mass and beat continuously. As soon as the density of the dough resembles thick sour cream, stop pouring flour. The dough is ready, it must immediately be used for its intended purpose.
