An unusual recipe for a classic Caesar salad. It combines a juicy chicken with a crispy crust, fragrant bacon and tender lean sauce. And the familiar square croutons are replaced in this recipe with crisp bread from a baguette. All salad ingredients are prepared very quickly, the whole process takes about 20 minutes.

  • - 200 g of cherry tomatoes;

  • - 4 slices of bacon;

  • - 50 g of parmesan;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon for breadcrumbs;

  • - 1 teaspoon of ground paprika;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of olive oil;

  • - salt pepper.

  • For the sauce:

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of low-fat yogurt (or low-fat sour cream);

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoon of balsamic vinegar;

  • - 8 pcs. anchovy fillet;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Worcester sauce;

  • - 1 teaspoon of English mustard;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 50 g of parmesan;

  • - a bunch of fresh basil;

  • - 2 lemons;

  • - salt pepper.

Instruction manual

1

Put chicken fillet on parchment paper. Season the fillet with salt, pepper and paprika, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll the meat thoroughly in spices, and then cover it with paper and lightly beat it off. So the chicken is soaked in spices and cooks faster.

2

Put the fillet on a preheated pan with olive oil and fry on each side, depending on the thickness of the piece, for 5-7 minutes.

3

Cut 4 thick pieces of baguette and fry them in a frying pan without oil for about a minute on each side. Grate the finished crackers with half a clove of garlic.

4

To prepare the salad dressing, use a blender to mix low-fat yogurt, balsamic vinegar, anchovy fillets, mustard, Worcester sauce, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, basil, garlic, juice of two lemons and parmesan. As a result, the sauce should have a uniform consistency.

5

Fry 4 slices of bacon in a grill pan for 1 minute.

6

Tear the leaves of Romano salad with your hands into large pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the loaves and chicken into small cubes. Combine these ingredients in a deep bowl.

7

Pour the salad with a gentle sauce and sprinkle with crispy bacon. Finally, rub the parmesan on top.
