This recipe is very simple, it is based on soft and soft biscuit cookies. Dessert can look not only like Santa Claus, you can show imagination and decorate cookies to your taste. Sift the flour and gradually pour into the egg-sugar mixture, knead the dough not so cool.

Fill a pastry bag or syringe with the dough. If you do not have a pastry bag, then you can use a regular dense bag with a cropped corner.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it and squeeze small round cookies onto it.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees.

Melt a bar of white chocolate in a water bath and grease the cooled cookies with it. Sprinkle coconut flakes around the edge to make a beard, and with strawberry or cherry jam, draw Santa Claus hats. From sweets, marmalade or fruit, make the eyes a nose and a blush.
