Mix flour with salt, sugar, baking powder. Separate the yolk from one egg, the protein is still useful to us. Beat with a fork three whole eggs and yolk, vanillin, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water.

Dry the almonds in the oven at 160 degrees, it should become slightly brown. Allow the finished almonds to cool, chop coarsely after that.

Pour the egg mixture into a bowl with flour, knead a thick dough with your hands, add dried cranberries with almonds, mix.

Divide the resulting dough into three identical parts. Roll out sausages 4 centimeters thick, put them on a baking sheet, grease with the remaining whipped protein. Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Cool the cooked biscotti with almonds, cut diagonally with a sharp knife into slices 1 cm thick, again send to the oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely and serve.
