Tasty, sweet and healthy bars are a great option for a light breakfast or dessert. It is very convenient to take them on the road when there is no “right” food at hand.

You will need
- - 100 g of honey;
- - 200 g of oatmeal (any other or mixture);
- - 200 g of a mixture of dried fruits (cranberries, cherries, raisins, jumbo, dried apricots);
- - 100 g of a mixture of nuts (pistachios, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds);

Instruction manual
1
Wash, but do not soak, dried fruits, then finely chop or chop in a blender.
2
Stir together flakes, dried fruits, chopped nuts, seeds. Separately heat the honey to a liquid state and mix it with vegetable oil. Then pour the mixture into flakes so that they are completely moistened, otherwise they will not "stick together" in the bars.
3
Cover the baking dish with paper or grease with vegetable oil. Put the flakes out and tamp well. Bake in the oven at 160 ° C for 20-30 minutes.
4
Lubricate the finished muesli with melted honey on top for a beautiful shine and cut into elongated rectangles. Bars can be stored at room temperature.
