- - 4 bananas;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2/3 glasses of water;
- - 1/2 cup of honey;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, starch;
- - 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
- - vegetable oil;
- - icing sugar or sesame seeds.

Peel the bananas, cut each into two halves.

Mix water with starch, add flour, olive oil. Separate the yolk from the protein, send the protein to the mixture (we do not need the yolk).

Take a frying pan or pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil in it.

Dip the halves of the banana in the batter obtained, fry until golden color on all sides.

Mix honey with lemon juice, slightly heat this mixture over low heat.

Put the fried bananas on a plate, pour the resulting honey-lemon sauce. Sprinkle icing sugar or sesame seeds on top.
